Nick Seiersen is a seasoned supply chain consultant and executive who has led or contributed to over 100 transformation projects, generating more than $1 billion in value for private and public sector clients across Europe and the Americas

Nick's unique international and diplomatic upbringing fuels his ability to recognize opportunities others miss and frame complex challenges with a global mindset. Fluent in English and French, with working knowledge of German and Spanish, he brings both technical fluency and cultural insight to every engagement. His unique and diverse international and diplomatic upbringing gives him a perspective that sees opportunities and innovation.

He has worked extensively on large-scale consulting assignments, from tactical logistics designs, building strategic network and cost-to-serve models, assessing strategic acquisitions, strategic sourcing initiatives, comprehensive procurement transformations, systems implementations, cloud services, buy/sell agreements, contracting, and governance.

As leader of the Toronto Supply Chain consulting practice at KPMG, he represented Canada in the development of global methodologies Rapid Value Procurement and Global Supply Chain Optimisation.

As leader of the International (Americas) Supply Chain operations at copper miner KGHM, he led the procurement and contracting of fuel, lubricants, explosives, electric power, heavy equipment parts, staff transportation, travel and TMS, cell phones, and professional services.

Nick worked as corporate staff embedded in France at Digital Equipment Corp.’s Excellence Centers, selling Supply Chain systems into Transportation, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors, and supporting the European and Corporate Account Managers of systems integrators Accenture and GSI/ADP.

Nick is a Certified Vested® Practitioner and has coached finalist bidders in complex public sector RFPartner™ procurements. He has achieved Expert certification in Commercial Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management (WorldCC).
